Norah Jones On Piano Jazz : NPR →
I was lucky enough to be at the live taping of this at Tanglewood in 2003. I hadn’t listened to it since, until tonight. I just love the whole concert. McPartland is a genius at the keyboard, and Norah Jones sounds great - even soloing over a couple tunes. How scary must that be, trading 4’s with Marian McPartland?!

Apple Comes Through!
Got a phone call this afternoon… a mere 5 days after bringing my DOA MacBook into the store to be replaced. Long story short, I’m sitting here typing on the new one in my living room. Nice Work Apple!

DOA
When a CTO MacBook Pro arrives DOA and you have to send it back to Apple, be prepared for it to take up to 14 days for them to come back with a new one. Yes, even though I could custom build and ship one in as little of 3-5 days, it will take them 2 weeks to replace a broken one they sent me in the first place.
Remind me to call AppleCare about extending my contract when the new one actually...
